RETURN POLICY
1) APPLICABLE TIME
- 5-7 days from the date of purchase for customers in the same province.
- 10 days from the date of receipt for customers in other provinces
- Date of purchase: is the date on the sales invoice.

2) APPLICABLE LOCATION
- Purchased goods at any store can be returned at that store, not applicable for returns at other stores.

- Customers who purchase online, please contact the customer service department for instructions on return.

3) CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
We will exchange/return goods and refund customers in the following cases:
* The product we deliver is not the same as the order
Do you think that We delivered to you is not the same as the order? Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, our system will check if your goods are sent incorrectly. In that case, we will replace the correct item you requested (when available).
* The purchased product is defective
Please check before payment. In case the goods are damaged during transportation, please refuse and return the goods to Us. At the same time, notify the Customer Support Center and We will send you a replacement item.

4) PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
- The Center will check the product status and proceed to exchange the goods in cases where the product meets the criteria of the exchange conditions in the committed policy.
- Customers can exchange and receive compensation 3 times the value of the order if they detect fake or poor quality goods.

SHIPPING POLICY
1) SHIPPING FEE
- The center applies a free shipping program nationwide for orders from 400k. (Shipping fee 0 VND)
- For orders under 400k, the center will notify the specific shipping fee of each order to the customer during the sales consultation. (Usually the fixed shipping fee is 29,000 VND)
2) SHIPPING TIME
- Order processing time: After closing the order, the staff will immediately place the order so that the goods can be packed and sent as soon as possible (The center works from Monday to Sunday)
- Delivery time: From 1-3 days depending on the receiving location. (Delivery from Monday to Sunday)
3) PRODUCT DELIVERY AND RECEIPT PROCESS
- The buyer receives a call confirming the delivery time from the delivery unit authorized by the seller.
- The buyer checks the product and invoice, then signs the receipt and makes payment to the delivery staff.
- The buyer has the right to refuse to receive the goods in the following cases: the shape, color, size or product code is not the same as the product the buyer ordered on the website; the value of the goods is different from the order value placed by the buyer on the website.
- In case the buyer refuses to receive the goods for reasons other than the product, the buyer must still pay the shipping fee according to each specific case.
- In case of questions or complaints after receiving the product, the buyer should contact the Customer Service Department of the Center.
4) CAN I CHECK THE PRODUCT BEFORE RECEIVING IT?
-You can completely open the package to check the product before paying or before shipping it away.
